180 Transformations has started a new
chapter with our newly created entity ELEVATED DWELLINGS LLC. The goal is to build smaller homes focusing on 3
specific groups. The first group being the 1st time home buyer. A smaller and more affordable alternative to the typical larger track home. Elevating them to owning a home. The second
group being the younger/professional client. Small home but with custom finishes and low maintenance. To elevate this client to live for life and not for a large home. The third being, the retiree who may want to downsize to a more manageable home, elevating their later years with lower cost effective and manageable spaces.

Living in Tucson for over 44 years, I have witnessed lots of change and growth in our community. In the past 20 years many builders seemed more concerned with profit than in building a quality product .
When the opportunity arose to build my own home, I decided to focus on energy efficiency, water conservation, sustainability, and low structural maintenance. These considerations and practices are incorporated into all of our projects.
On top of overseeing our projects, I feel a constant need to create. Whether it be making vanities, pergolas, artwork, architectural elements for our jobs, these outlets compliment and apply creatively to our builds.
